About hemp
Cannabis is the scientific name for hemp. Hemp is versatile: The individual components of the plant, i.e. the fibres, seeds, leaves and flowers, are used to manufacture very different products. From the fibers can ropes and fabrics be made, for example from the seeds oil for food or cosmetics industry. There is no risk for consumers of getting intoxicated when they consume or use products from the supermarket or drugstore: the psychoactive and intoxicating tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC for short, is only found in the flowers and small leaves near the flowers of the female hemp plant.
What is the difference between hemp and industrial hemp?
Industrial hemp or Industrial hemp includes all varieties of hemp (genus Cannabis) that are grown for commercial use - apart from its use as an intoxicant or medicinal product. These are mainly varieties of the hemp species Cannabis sativa and its cultivar Cannabis sativa var.

Info

home-grown grow license
in Spain
We are pleased to announce that we have moved our site to the Alpujarra region in Spain - one of the largest European hemp growing areas. We have already held talks with the relevant districts and created excellent conditions for our project. Thanks to our presence on site, we can personally oversee the expansion and drive it forward effectively.
advantages of the location
-
Lower production costs : Commercial real estate for production facilities and labor wages are significantly cheaper here than in other locations.
-
Access to raw materials : Until we obtain our own cultivation license, we have alternative sources of supply, including in Switzerland, where we can purchase up to 15 tonnes of plant residue (waste product) per month at attractive conditions.
-
Geographical proximity to Morocco : Morocco is only about 200 km away. Larger quantities of raw materials can also be obtained from there through existing relationships.
However, our long-term goal is to set up our own production and processing facility locally. To this end, we are in contact with the University of Granada to obtain information and possible funding.
market situation in Germany
The German market for hemp (in all its sectors) was estimated to have a volume of around 6 billion euros in 2024. Even a market share of just 1% would mean a potential of around 6 million euros in annual sales - in a single European country alone.
Why Spain?
-
Leader in bio- and recycling technologies: Spain is a European leader in these areas, which creates excellent synergies for our company.
-
Funding and subsidies: Spain supports companies in the "organic" and "recycling" sectors with significant grants, including rental cost subsidies and labor subsidies. In addition, EU funding programs offer other exciting opportunities, about which we are already holding initial discussions with EU lawyers.
We will provide you with further figures and information shortly. We thank you for your interest in World Wide Properties and More and look forward to walking this path together with you.
Best regards
Eric Abel, CEO

IPO: The operational business as the foundation
As with any successful company, a solid operational business forms the essential foundation for our IPO. Due to the impact of the COVID pandemic, we had to endure significant setbacks in recent years, which led to a delay in our stock market listing. However, our primary focus is now back on expanding and strengthening this operational business.
Our other projects within our portfolio are not being neglected; the production of barrier tapes made from hemp-based plastic is merely one way to achieve quick results with a low investment. In Poland, on our company-owned property, a cultivation area could also be established before the construction of a nursing home and a hospice, further expanding our production capacities. Specifically, we plan to produce barrier tapes for police, fire departments, emergency services, and construction site security – the typical red-and-white tapes that are usually made of plastic.
The necessary machinery for this production is available in both Europe and Asia, with Asian markets often offering more favorable conditions. Further information regarding our production and the next steps will be shared with you soon.

1. Roots
Medicinal uses: Cannabis roots contain compounds such as friedelin and epifriedelanol, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. In traditional medicine, they are used as a tea or ointment to relieve pain, fever and inflammation.
Cosmetics and skin care: Extracts of the cannabis root are increasingly being used in skin care products because they can help with skin conditions such as eczema.
2. Stems and stem fibers
Textiles : The stem fibers of the cannabis plant (also called hemp fibers) are durable and suitable for making clothes, bags and even shoes. Hemp textiles are not only durable but also more environmentally friendly than cotton as they require less water and pesticides.
Paper : Hemp can be processed into paper and has a long history in papermaking. It is durable and environmentally friendly as it grows faster than trees.
Building materials : Hemp is used to make hempcrete (hemp chalk), an environmentally friendly building material that is well insulated, durable and moisture-regulating.
Bioplastics : Hemp fibers can be used to produce bioplastics that are biodegradable and can be used in packaging, automotive parts and other products.
3. Leaves
Fertilizer and mulch : Leaves can be composted to create nutrient-rich soil that is used as fertilizer for plants. They can also be used as mulch to help retain soil moisture.
Juice and supplements: Fresh cannabis leaves can be juiced or used in smoothies. The juice is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and is often used as a supplement to boost the immune system and promote general health.
Medicinal teas: The leaves contain terpenes and cannabinoids (although not in high concentrations), which have a mild effect when made into teas and can help with relaxation.
4. Seeds
-
Food: Cannabis or hemp seeds are rich in protein, omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids. They can be processed into hemp oil, hemp protein powder, or hemp milk and are found in muesli, bread, and other food products.
-
Personal Care: Hemp seed oil is used in cosmetics such as skin and hair care products because it is moisturizing and nutrient-rich. It helps to soothe the skin and retain moisture.
Futter: Hanfsamen können als Futtermittel für Tiere verwendet werden, da sie nährstoffreich und gut verdaulich sind.
-
Feed: Hemp seeds can be used as animal feed as they are highly nutritious and easily digestible.
5. Flowers
-
Medical Applications: The flowers contain the highest concentrations of cannabinoids such as THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol). These compounds have numerous medical applications: they can relieve pain, reduce inflammation, combat nausea, and help with epilepsy.
-
Oils and Extracts: Cannabis flowers can be used to produce essential oils, CBD oils, and other extracts. These oils are used medically and in skincare for issues such as sleep disorders, skin conditions, and pain relief.
-
Smoking and Vaporization: Cannabis flowers are commonly used for smoking or vaporization. In aromatherapy, flower extracts are also utilized for their relaxing and therapeutic properties.
-
Edibles: The flowers can be used to create edible products such as cookies, gummies, and chocolates that contain cannabis in concentrated form. In medicine, these edibles are often used for pain management or long-term therapies.
6. Whole plant
-
Bioenergy and Biomass: The entire plant can be used for the production of biofuels, especially in regions with fewer alternative energy sources. Hemp biomass has the potential to replace fossil fuels.
-
Eco-Friendly Filters: The plant is also used as a natural filter in polluted soils or water bodies. It absorbs heavy metals and other contaminants, helping with the restoration and purification of contaminated areas.

Statement from Mr. D. Tartaglione
I personally visited Mr. Abel and the company "Properties and More" in September 2024 for five weeks to get a firsthand impression of their projects. Unfortunately, delays followed due to unforeseen circumstances: my business partner, A. Germann – a pioneer in research and development in Switzerland, with whom I had worked closely over the past ten years – passed away, and Mr. Abel was involved in a serious car accident. As a result, our plans were delayed by more than a year.
During my stay, I observed that the Alpujarra region is one of the largest hemp cultivation areas. I was able to see firsthand that it is an excellent location for a production facility. Additionally, wages and labor costs in this region are significantly lower compared to other countries, including Switzerland, creating ideal conditions for a successful operational business.
With my years of experience, I know that hemp has been underestimated for decades, particularly downplayed by certain sectors of the pharmaceutical and construction industries. However, its potential is enormous: in the coming years, hemp is expected to gain a significant market share in construction materials, plastics, cosmetics, and the medical sector.
Thanks to my friendly and professional collaboration with Mr. Abel and World Wide Properties and More, I am always happy to provide advisory support, as long as it is agreed upon in advance and fits within my schedule. I hope that more companies follow the path of World Wide Properties and More. While we may not be able to change the entire world, we can certainly make it a little healthier.

Statement from CEO
Dear Shareholders, Interested Parties, and Investors,
Singapore is one of the world's leading economic centers and places great emphasis on order and cleanliness. The country is a pioneer in many areas, particularly in recycling. Plastics are recycled and reused as building materials—an example of sustainable innovation. Similar concepts are gaining importance in Europe, although subsidies and funding have only been significantly implemented in recent years.
As we aim to position ourselves in this industry, now is the right time to act. The market for sustainable solutions is continuously growing, and we see great potential in joining this trend. Our proposal: the production of hemp-based barrier tapes. These are recyclable, and in a further step, we plan to manufacture biodegradable dog waste bags. This process is entirely waste-free, tax-advantaged, and government-subsidized.
The necessity of sustainable recycling and reuse systems is undeniable. This not only offers environmental benefits for future generations but also opens up economic opportunities. Our goal is to capture a portion of this market and actively contribute to its development.
An example of this trend’s success: In North Rhine-Westphalia, particularly in the Willich-Krefeld region, 32 farmers have joined forces to cultivate hemp. They achieve a similar price per ton as wheat. Hemp is already used in animal feed production and as a building material, yet the market still holds significant untapped potential. This presents a great opportunity to enter a rapidly growing niche market.
Our preparations are complete, and we have the opportunity to use our land in Poland—originally intended for the construction of a nursing home but delayed due to external circumstances—for hemp cultivation. This project would receive subsidies from both Polish and EU institutions.
My personal assessment: We must act now to seize this opportunity and reach our goals. Experienced consultants in cultivation and production are already on standby. Additionally, I have spoken with business partners in Singapore who confirm the potential of this project. In Germany alone, revenue in this sector amounted to approximately 6 billion euros last year—excluding further market potential in other European countries. Our initial expansion focus is on Spain, Poland, and Germany.
I hope this information is helpful. For a personal discussion, further analysis, or exchanges with experts in hemp and sustainable development, I am available at any time.
Best regards,
Your CEO,
Eric Abel
